Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a Quantum Circle item, returns are accepted for original fine arts and prints only.
You may return the item within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the cost of the item, but cannot refund the cost of the shipping and return shipping.
Original custom-made articles such as portrait is nonreturnable.
Once you have ordered for nonreturnable articles, it is impossible for us to accept the cancellation for the order or return the article.
However, if you receive an article with damage of any kind, contact us immediately. Save all packaging material so we can initiate a claim with the shipping agent.
Please make sure to consider carefully before you order especially for the nonreturnable article.
